Pricing may change due to:

• hidden debris or utilities

• weather delays

• material cost changes

• scope changes requested by the customer
   

Written estimates do not guarantee final project pricing unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.

 

Site Conditions & Utilities
 

Customers are responsible for identifying:

• property boundaries

• private utility lines

• septic systems

• irrigation systems

• underground structures

• hidden site hazards
   

Black Diamond Earth Movers Inc. is not responsible for damages caused by unidentified or improperly marked underground utilities or site conditions.

Scheduling & Delays

Project schedules may change due to:

• weather conditions

• equipment breakdowns

• permitting delays

• material shortages

• unsafe site conditions

• circumstances outside our control

We are not liable for delays resulting from these conditions.

 

Payments
 

Payment terms will be outlined in project estimates or invoices.

Late payments may result in:

• suspension of work
